Our standard production range of high speed dispersers is designed to efficiently process any liquid/pigment mix in batches from 250 to 5000 litres.

When processing coatings the kinematic viscosity changes continuously; therefore in order to optimize the dispersion process from start to finish it is essential to vary the peripheral speed of the dispersion blade. All our machines have a built in "varispeed" system which enables this to be done.

Our machines also come with a unique control system designed to protect the machine against operator abuse which in turn guarantees a long maintenance-free working life.

Variations include slewing option, processing under vacuum, processing in hazardous or water-based environments and Varispeed Belt or Inverter Drives.
